Tom Boyd is a blacksmith based in Norfolk. He uses traditional forging skills merged with modern manufacturing techniques to produce bespoke, high quality, hand forged pieces.
All his hot-forged products are designed and hand made with functionality at their heart so they are a pleasure to use. Tom believes that even every day products should be as beautiful as possible and his designs are often inspired by the natural world.

Working on historic mills has meant that we have constantly search for craftsmen with skills often forgotten today. We were very fortunate to have found Tom to work on our metalwork throughout our recent projects. From small components to large engineering solutions, he has developed and delivered excellent products for us and always to our tight schedules. It seems right that a project such as ours funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund should be working with Tom who also ensuring skills of the past are kept and enhanced with the knowledge of today.
